  1. General Conditions in shipping and forwarding of goods

Customers should order products 4 hours in advance by phone and 24 hours via website or zalo or fanpage. Customers are responsible for providing all necessary information for the delivery process to take place smoothly. Customers need to provide full information such as: Recipient’s name, correct recipient’s address (including: house number, street name, name of district, district, ward, commune, province) recipient’s phone number to contact…  will not be responsible for cases where the goods are shipped to the wrong address due to the customer’s error in writing the wrong recipient address.– In case there is no recipient and the recipient does not want to receive the product. Then, flowers will be delivered to the address of the orderer in case the recipient’s address and the recipient’s address are in the same area/city (Additional shipping fee) – In case there is no recipient (both recipient and the orderer): Customers will not be refunded 100% of the order value.
Delivery time

After the sales department receives the customer’s payment, we will deliver it at the requested time, in case the delivery time is not suitable we will exchange it first. Orders can only be made when  both customers and  agree. We will try to deliver the goods within the specified time. If there is negligence on delivery time, the main reason is due to objective reasons. Delivery time is delayed depending on weather conditions (rain, storm …) or traffic at the place of delivery. If the delivery time is delayed for more than 60 minutes, we will notify on the web or call directly to notify the orderer or recipient. Objective factors affect the delivery time. Hope customers can understand and forgive these unnecessary errors.
